Reps & Sets

There will be a female and male category for reps and sets.

Pull Ups (Strict) - no bending on knees or kipping. Start in a dead hang position. Judges will tell you when to go and they will tap or count your rep as you clear your chin over the bar.

Dip - Start in a dip position. Our judges will tell you when to go and when you have dipped to 90 degrees. Will be counted only reps that go 90 degrees or under.

Push Ups - Start in a push up position. Our judges will tell you when to go. As you descend your back needs to be straight (no arching). You will go down to the depth our judges have agreed on and press back up from there.

Muscle Ups - A box will be set up in front of you so there will be no kipping or knee drive throughout the set. Our judges will tell you when to go. You will start in a dead hang position and finish in a dead hang position with straight arms (no bending in elbows) before starting your next rep.
